I’m not big on resolutions. To me, it’s just another form of goal setting, which evolved into my enemy after I became severely ill. There’s nothing worse than setting dates “to be X by” to watch countless of them pass unfulfilled. Due to this, I prefer to think about how I would like the next year to feel. I made this meditation with that in mind, including subtle somatic work along with visualization. If you’re like me and dislike resolutions, I hope this conveys a different way to think about the new year ahead.
